This tool is provided by Googolplex Ltd (trading as Googolplex Marketing) as an unlimited-generation service, subject to fair and reasonable use. This policy sets out what fair use means in practice.

1. What fair use means

The tool is designed for individual users or teams generating branded social media content for a single business or brand per account. Fair use means using the tool in a way that reflects normal, day-to-day content creation activity.

2. What falls outside fair use

The following activity may be considered excessive or abusive use:

• Automated or scripted generation requests
• Generating content at a volume that places unreasonable load on the service
• Using one account to generate content for more than one business or brand
• Using the tool to generate content for resale or redistribution as a standalone product
• Sharing account access across multiple organisations or unrelated businesses

3. Content responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. Googolplex Marketing does not accept liability for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated text or images. Generated images must not be used in contexts that could mislead, defame, or harm any individual or organisation.

4. Enforcement

Googolplex Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account found to be in breach of this policy. Where possible, we will contact the account holder before taking action.
