Google shows a map with three businesses. Do you know how yours compares?

When someone searches for what you do nearby, Google shows a map with three businesses above the ordinary results. Those three are the first local options your customer sees.

Most owners never check how their profile compares with those three, and Google's own tools don't show it. You can see your own listing, but not how it measures up against the businesses beside it.

Six areas, two pages.

A strategist runs the searches your customers are most likely to use, notes which businesses appear in the Google Maps results, and compares your profile with every one of them across six critical areas.

Page one marks each area red, amber or green with a one-line reason, and shows where you appear for each search and how your review count and rating compare. Page two lists all 24 individual checks and what we found. If something's red and you want to talk it through, let us know. You keep the scorecard either way.

Questions people ask before requesting one

Do I have to get on a call to see the results?

No. Your scorecard is emailed to you as a two-page PDF. If you want to talk something through afterwards you can reply and arrange a call, but nothing is conditional on it.

Do I need to give you access to my Google profile?

No. Everything is checked from public data. A few details Google doesn't show publicly are marked to confirm rather than scored badly.

How is this different from your free website audit?

The website audit scores your Google Business Profile as one of six signals for your whole website. This audit goes deep on the profile itself and compares you with every business in your Google Maps results.

What if I have more than one location or a sister business?

We send one scorecard per business. Add the others in the form.

How long does it take?

Your scorecard is emailed within three working days. A strategist runs the searches and completes each check, so we need to allow time for our team to do that.

Can't I check this myself?

You can look at your own listing. Comparing it check by check with every business in your map results is the part that takes the time.
