These terms apply to our one-off local SEO packages (The Minimum, The Middle Lane and The Works), provided by Googolplex Ltd (trading as Googolplex Marketing), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13518352, whose registered office is at 22 St James's Avenue, Hampton Hill, TW12 1HH.

1. One-off projects

All packages are one-off projects at a fixed price, with no retainer and no minimum term. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on these prices.

2. When you pay

The Minimum is paid in full before work starts. The Middle Lane and The Works are paid 50% before work starts and 50% at completion. If completion is delayed while we wait for access or information from you, the second payment is due 60 days after signing.

3. Invoices and late payment

Later invoices are due within 14 days, and we may pause work while an invoice is overdue.

4. Work outside your package

Work outside your package is billed at £150 per hour, only with your written approval.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before work starts for a full refund; payments are non-refundable once work has started.

6. Currency

We bill in GBP, or in USD at a fixed price agreed before you sign.
